With WBI shifting its approach to work more with regional and national training institutions, think tanks and universities, it is key to support in-country capacity development programs. 

In this “wholesale” approach, WBI will create high quality, modular content in key thematic areas, such as climate change or governance, which partners can then select, customize and deliver locally. This new approach uses a multiplier effect to reach more people, and has greater and more lasting impact by customizing global knowledge to local realities.
